What is Lagree?
Lagree is the ultimate full-body workout that blends high intensity with low impact movement. Using the Micro Pro, you’ll move slowly and with control to engage every muscle — think strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility all in one killer class. It’s not Pilates — it’s hotter, harder, and way more addictive 🔥
Where are you located?
We’re bringing the burn to Calabash, North Carolina! We are a home-based studio while searching for the perfect commercial location. Being temporarily home-based allows for a boutique fitness experience. This means smaller class sizes, personalized coaching, and a welcoming environment.
What can I expect in class?
Expect 45 minutes of slow, controlled, shake-inducing moves that will challenge your muscles from head to toe. You’ll sweat, you’ll shake, you’ll probably say “omg I can’t” (you can 😉), and you’ll leave feeling strong, empowered, and totally unstoppable.
I’m new — is Lagree okay for beginners?
Every class is designed for all levels, and your instructor will help you modify moves as needed. You’ll catch on quickly — promise! The hardest part is just showing up.
What should I bring?
- Grip socks (required for safety + stability — also, don’t worry we also have grip socks available for purchase 😘)
- Water bottle (you’ll need it!)
- A positive attitude and your best energy — we’ll take care of the rest 💪
What’s your cancellation policy?
We get it — life happens! But our spots are limited, so here’s the deal:
- You can cancel up to 12 hours before class with no fee.
- Late cancels or no-shows will be charged a $15 fee or lose a class credit (depending on your membership). We want to keep things fair for everyone who’s ready to sweat it out! 💦
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, babe! Classes fill up fast, so we highly recommend booking ahead to snag your Micro Pro. You can book easily online or through our app.
How often should I take Lagree classes?
We recommend 3–4 times a week for best results — but even one class a week will make you feel stronger and more toned. Trust us, your body will thank you.
Do you offer private sessions or small group classes?
Yes! We love personalized workouts. Private and semi-private sessions are perfect if you’re new, coming back from injury, or just want some extra attention. Ask us in-studio or shoot us a message for details.
Do I need any experience or equipment?
Nope! Just show up — we’ve got everything ready for you. The Micro Pro is unique but easy to learn, and your instructor will guide you through every move.
